Murad Clarifying Wipes for blemish-prone skin Review

Pros:

Easy peasy to use

Cons:

Avoid eye-contact = Does not remove eye makeup.

More:

I got these Murad clarifying wipes, but they were packaged separately (and not in one package as on picture above). The separate packaging makes them perfect for travelling! It should be possible to buy them that way – it’s SO freaking nice.

The wipe removes my makeup (except eyes, see below) and leaves my skin with a fresh feeling without drying it out. The freshness feels somewhat like when adding Mentholatum (the lip balm) – or at least that’s the closest I get to describing it. The feeling is very fresh, clean, and like the blemishes are on their way out of there. On the other hand, it’s a tiny bit too much – The freshness.

I only used these wipes when travelling, hence, not enough to conclude whether it will “regulate excess sebum production” or “reduce shine and refresh oily skin”.

When it comes to the eye makeup removal, i.e. removal of mascara, the packaging tells you to “Avoid contact with eyes” . I can’t really use that for anything – the wipes should, no, correct that, NEED to be for EVERYTHING, including eyes. I was a crime rider and used them for removing mascara anyways – I had no other choice in the hotel room. My eyes felt very fresh and stung a little, but nothing mayor. I would do it again without hesitation.

Overall: starstarstarstarnostar

Value for money: starstarstarnostarnostar

Does what it promises: starstarstarnostarnostar
