Review of Alterna Bamboo Smooth Anti-Frizz Schampoo and Conditioner

Do everything they promise and make my hair happy and sleek.

My hair lost a bit of volume when I used these products, though I have plenty so I was fine and the price.

Amal is still my hair model number one, so I keep on slowly working my way to her top…This is the second thing I have tried from the Bamboo series, and I am in love. This is not a crazy “I love everything that you can consume blog”, therefore I will give you some sober facts and you, my dear readers can decide for yourself if these two bottles really deserve praise or if I just convinced myself I look like Amal when using them.

First and foremost, you only need a tiny click for your big mane when using this schampoo and conditioner. They come in a very practical bottle, so you never use too much (unless you love lathering your hair and cant stop yourself). Secondarily the commercial for these products promises leaving your hair “strong, sleek, manageable and frizz-free “, which it does. My hair has lost a bit of the crazy volume, and looks a bit more grown up now, but that is what I paid for…However, running around in the rain makes my hair frizzy no matter what hair products I use, so there is no magic here.   Also these are two very expensive bottles, though lasting for approximately 6 months each I think they are worth it.

Now, this is an anonymous blog, so I will not post 55 pictures of my hair from all possible angles, but I can assure you: one pair of big sunglasses and a law degree and I could be misstanken for Amal any time.

  1. These products are something I would definitely consider investing in!
I am so sorry in the delay of response to your comment on my Derma Roller post. To answer your question – I absolutely DID look like Kimmie K. How are you finding the home kit?
