Aesop Blue Chamomile Facial Hydrating Masque Review

Smells nice of herbs.

Doesn‘t give much hydration.

This is not a leave-in mask but you put it on for 30 minutes and remove it. During my first 30 minutes I went through a bit of a despair crisis – that crisis when you realise you wasted your money yet again! The mask gets absorbed into my skin after about 7 minutes, leaving a thin layer you remove and then realise not much has happened to your skin. It is a bit hydrating but not as much as one would expect – using it in warmer times of the year when you skin is pretty well-hydrated would be fine but this mask will not save you in colder times.

I tried using the mask as an overnight treatment but my skin actually felt pretty dry from that.
