Review of Alterna Caviar Anti-aging 3-minute Shine Boost

What a better way to prepare to start the new year with a review of a creme that promises more shine to your hair. As all of the other products from the Caviar range, this one is free of dangerous ingredients such as parabens, sulfates, phthalates and synthetic dyes. You use it as a mask for 3-5 minutes after washing your hair. The creme is supposed to act like a lip gloss, just to your hair, which sounds promising.

Verdict: It has a nice, creamy luxurious texture , and is easy to wash off. I do feel a difference already after using it once, and to actually put it to a test I only use it on half of my hair – letting my girlfriends guess which side of my hair is supposed to have been “lip-glossed”…they all guess right, I‘m ready for a new, much brighter and shiny 2016…

Review of Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Replenishing Moisture Milk Leave-In Conditioning Spray

Pros:

Really helps my split and dry ends.

Cons:

The effect wears off after 2-3 days (I only wash my hair every fifth day).

My split and dry hair ends are a constant problem. Even a week after cutting my hair I can feel how they become dry and tired again. Usually I fight this problem with a lot of oil , thus this was my first every leave-in conditioner. I was not left disappointed, using a generous amount on my split ends after washing my hair I really noticed a big difference, my hair feeling much softer and having a healthier look.. Despite over-applying this cream a few times (in moments of desperation) my hair never felt oily, and though the effect wore off after a couple of days, and I still had to supplement with some oil I really like this conditioner. A minus is its synthetic smell.
